Michael W. Park was born and raised in Utah. He attended Southern Utah University and the University of Utah. After graduating from the University of Utah Law School, he moved to Cedar City and subsequently Saint George. He has practiced law in Southern Utah for over thirty (30) years. Michael has been active in community and civic affairs in Cedar City and Saint George. He has been a member of the Southern Utah State College Institutional Council, a member of the Board of Directors of the Utah Shakespearean Festival, a member of the Rotary Club and the Chamber of Commerce, as well as other civic organizations.
Michael is a member of the Utah State Bar Association, the Southern Utah Bar Association, and the Utah Association for Justice.
Michael now lives in Saint George where his practice concentrates on personal injury law. The Park Firm, P.C. is licensed and insured and has provided legal services in the personal injury law area in Southern Utah for many years. Michael has tried personal injury jury trials to a successful conclusion and has participated in many other types of civil bench and jury trials. He has appeared in the District Court in every county in Southern Utah and is familiar with the procedures for all of the District Courts in the Southern Utah area.
Michael has one of the highest damage awards from a jury for the Southern Utah area; the award was over $3,000,000. Michael has also participated in settlement of personal injury cases, mediation of personal injury cases, and arbitration of personal injury cases.
